I will teach you how to gain all necessary nutrients and energy so you could enjoy the food and without being hungry.
As a person who suffers from celiac disease and lactose and meat intolerance I know that becoming an involuntary vegetarian/vegan is at the beginning very hard. But not necessarily with Eat Smart programme. Even with food intolerances or limits you can eat nutritious and delicious food. Eat Smart means also to think smart. The most important ingredient on your way to your new and healthier personality will be your peace of mind. And miracles will happen. Gradually and without any wonder pills or magical slim coctails.
You will eat completely normal, clean and natural food. No miraculous coctails and tons of nutrition supplements are necessary.
I will design a week of your new nutrition plan in accordance with your tastes and food eliminations and I will teach you how to design it yourself in the future.
